Graduated with Bachelor in Architecture (Hons) from UiTM, Dato’ Ar. Noor Dahlan Abdullah has over 36 years of experience in designing small and large scale projects. He started his career as an Assistant Architect with Perunding Alam Bina and was a member of the winning team entry to the PAM-sponsored Bandar Sunway Ideas Competition. Part of the ideas by the team had been implemented in the existing Bandar Sunway Development.
In addition, his involvement also include the designing of TV3 Office and Studio Complex in Wangsa Maju, Bank Negara Staff Training Complex near Shah Alam, integrated development for MAKSAK at Jalan Cheras, a tourist-class hotel at Jalan Petaling and the TV4 Project in Shah Alam. Later, he was appointed as the Assistant Project Architect involving in the contract administration of the Bandar Tun Hussein Onn in Cheras which include the site supervision of the linkhouses and shophouses as well as directly involved in the preparation of the Master Plan.
In 1995, Dato’ Ar. Noor Dahlan Abdullah left to form Arcadia Architect Sdn Bhd and further spreading numerous designs for projects such as commercial, institutional and residentials. Amongst the design portfolio include Kolej Tentera Darat at Kem Segenting, Port Dickson, camp for Pasukan Gerakan Am (PGA) Simpang Renggam Polis Diraja Malaysia, school buildings for government etc.
With his wide experience and energy, he is now venturing further to become the principal architect of Noor Dahlan Architect.
